A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Paul has been helping families for over 15 years with their home financing needs. Originally, Paul obtained his Masters Degree in Taxation, intending to become a CPA. He quickly learned that he needed to be deeply involved with consumers and not stuck doing paperwork. Helping families with their home purchases and refinancing has allowed Paul to work closely with his clients in structuring their mortgage needs, and uncovering all of their financial goals. Paul sees his role as a true partner in his clients financial planning, and takes a consultative approach to helping his clients plan the biggest purchase of their lives.
In 2019 he decided to leave the “banking” world, to open a brokerage. With the goal of giving his clients the best rates, without giving up the personal service not available to clients through online lenders, Clear2Close Brokers was formed. Since opening, he has helped nearly 500 families, and closed over $200 million in loans.
As the Director of Sales, Paul leads the company’s sales team, and is now helping other Loan Officers to grow their business in the Broker model.
